Shawn's relationship with real estate started very early, entering the industry at the age of 17 as a marketing intern. He attended Howard Brinton's Star Power Conference before even being old enough to get a license, and learned the value of sharing and the limitless success available in real estate. Licensed at 19, and real estate team owner at 22, Shawn and his brother Kyle founded Cunningham Group in 2008 at age 25.

Cunningham Real Estate Group is now a sales and property management operation focused on investor clientele, that consistently ranks among the highest grossing in the state for RE/MAX. Cunningham Group regularly ranks as the #1 team in Las Vegas for RE/MAX. In addition to managing hundreds of properties (short, mid and long term rentals), the team assists many buyers and sellers every year with their real estate investments.

Shawn is a past president for Nevada RRC, served on the national RRC Board of Directors for 3 years, and has served on local and state real estate boards in various capacities and committees. Shawn loves traveling with his wife Mila and enjoying food, experiences around the world.

Shawn and Kyle have lived in Las Vegas since 1993, and share an affinity for travel, photography, and living life to the fullest. We endeavor to return professionalism and fun to real estate, and help our clients achieve their life's dreams as well. Our brand is service.

Shawn was named a Star Power STAR® in 2009, and is a member of the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award, RE/MAX Hall of Fame, and RE/MAX Circle of Legends Awards. His company Cunningham Group is routinely the most successful real estate team in Las Vegas. His boutique vacation rental company Luxanto operates successful short term rentals in several markets including Las Vegas, Reno, and Hoboken, NJ and is growing internationally.
